As the name suggests, this department offers front-line support for cooperative management and accounting. From day-to-day activities to accounting audits, preparing financial statements, tracking budgets for the current year and producing budgets for the coming year, the management of cooperatives have a dedicated resource they can rely on. Plus they enjoy the services of trainers who can guide them in implementing new systems or helping a new general manager settle in.
A specialized team offers ongoing support to managers of cooperative hotels and ensures employees are trained.
This department also delivers cable service to cooperatives and their members. Billing, connection, technical support… it's all done working with the general managers of cooperatives and local technicians.
