The Coordination Department includes reception, translation services and secretarial services for senior management.
This is also the department that is the link between the FCNQ's general manager and executive committee.
The FCNQ's executive committee holds periodic meetings with senior management via conference calls. During these calls, the executive committee is updated on the progress of projects, discusses requests from members and provides guidance to the FCNQ in its decision making.
This department is also responsible for coordinating all aspects of two major annual meetings, attended by all board members.
From accommodations to travel logistics, simultaneous translation during meetings to drafting minutes, every effort is made to ensure delegates are available to take part in important events in the life of the cooperative movement.
